My 1st time staying at the Cabins in Dec/Jan. Even with it being winter time I would still say it’s my most favourite place to holiday and I live in Scotland. If you’re coming from outside Scotland and want to see what Scotland is all about, you’ll not have a better base. It is so peaceful and quiet, even with the other guests who you will very rarely see as there are only 3 cabins and not overcrowded like most places. Not the perfect month for using the boats or paddle boards which are free to use, but perfect for sitting outside around one off the fire pits which are available for the guests to use.
