Had a lovely few days chilling at the Caledonian Cabin its such a lovely space, unlike most log cabins that are actually just sheds, this is a proper "bear in the woods log cabin" made from actual whole trees!
I could just sit and stare at this structure all day and all night, it is especially pretty in the dark all lit up.
The location as well is fantastic close to the Loch and with the added bonus of watersports equipment all ready to go in the boathouse meant we didnt have to drag our own away with us, great for hill walking the Knoydart hills as well.
The attention to detail from Alison, she has made this very homely and that under floor heating on your bare foot is bliss, woodburner lit and you wont find a warmer place to be on a cold Scottish night.
The hottub after a long day walking is just amazing.
We will definetly return and have started telling all our friends there is only one log cabin you need to stay in Scotland.
